Cookies
In rare and isolated cases, cookies in your browser may cause connection problems, both in your panel at fotop.io and at fotop.com
Follow these steps if instructed:
Google Chrome Browser:
Click on the icon on the left side of the address bar:
Click on "Cookies and site data":
Click "Manage cookies and site data":
Finally, click on the "Trash" icon to delete the Cookie from the website and click on "Done"
The page must be reloaded.
Microsoft Edge Browser:
Click on the icon on the left side of the address bar:
Click on Cookie:
Select the site and click remove:
Finally, click "Done" and reload the page.
Mozilla Firefox browser:
Click the lock icon on the left side of the address bar:
Click "Clear cookies and site data for this domain...":
Click "Remove" and reload the page.
Google Chrome Mobile Browser:
Click on the icon on the left side of the address bar:
Click on "Cookies and site data":
Finally, click on the "Trash" icon to delete the Cookie from the website and click on "Done"
Caches
Google Chrome Browser:
Click the menu icon on the right side of the address bar:
Click on "More tools":
Click "Clear browsing data...":
In the "Period" field, select the "Every Period" option:
Uncheck "Browsing history" for your convenience:
Finally, click "Remove data":
Microsoft Edge Browser:
Click on the icon on the right side of the address bar, on the Menu icon:
Click "Settings":
On the left side, click on "Privacy, search and services":
Scroll through the options until you find the "Clear browsing data" section:
Click "Choose what to clean":
In the "Time range" field, select "From the beginning":
For your convenience, uncheck the "Browsing History" and "Download History" options:
Finally, click "Clear now":
Mozilla Firefox browser:
Click the Menu icon on the right side of the address bar:
Click "Settings":
On the left side, click on "Privacy and Security":
Scroll to the "Cookies and site data" section:
Click "Clear Data...":
Finally, click "Clear":
Google Chrome Mobile Browser:
Click the menu icon on the right side of the address bar:
Click "Settings":
Click on "Privacy and Security":
Click "Remove browsing data":
In the "Period" field, select "Entire period":
For your convenience, uncheck the "Browsing history" option:
Finally, click "Remove data":
