The link to download your photos is sent within 1 business day after confirmation of your payment.

Payments made by Credit Card or PIX are confirmed within a few minutes after the order.

For payments made via bank slip, confirmation takes 3 to 5 business days.

Even with the sending of proof of payment, we are unable to release the order before bank clearance.

Be careful and check whether, when paying your bill, you actually paid on the current date or scheduled the payment for the bill's due date, as the compensation period starts on the date the payment is made and therefore, if you scheduled it for a future date, the period will only start on the day the bill is actually paid.

ATTENTION: Photos from events held more than 30 days ago may take up to 12 hours to be released (after payment confirmation). The order link will be sent after payment confirmation, but the photos will remain with the watermark for a period of up to 12 hours, until the download is released, since the file will be retrieved from our servers. :)
