How do I download my photos?

You have two ways to download your photos.

The first is through the Fotop website, accessing the link https://www.fotop.com.br/fotos/meuspedidos with your login and password.

Through this link you can view all your orders, along with their payment status. Your orders that have confirmed payment are available for download using the green “DOWNLOAD” button.

When you click this button, you will be directed to your order page, where you can download each photo individually or all photos at once.

To download the photo individually, click on the desired photo and then on the green download icon. To download all the photos of your order at once, click on the “DOWNLOAD ALL PHOTOS” button, also in green.

The other way to download your photos is through the link in your order that you receive by email after your payment is confirmed.

Check your spam folder if our email hasn't gone to your inbox!

IMPORTANT: orders containing photos of events that occurred more than 30 days ago have a deadline of up to 12 hours for the download to be released.
