With Fotop, you can limit the number of uploads photographers can make at your events. This functionality will give you more control over your events and the amount you pay per upload.
The upload limit is the maximum number of uploads that each individual photographer can make within that specific event.
How do I limit the number of uploads to my events?
1) On your dashboard, access the event you want to limit the number of uploads and then click on the "edit" field.
2) You will see the following screen:
3) To limit, click "yes" and then set the maximum number of uploads.
By not configuring this field or selecting the “No” option, there will be no upload limit for photographers participating in that event, and they can make as many uploads as necessary.
Important points:
When configured, the limit is individual and non-transferable for each photographer at the event, that is, if the event has an upload limit of 10,000, and one photographer used only 5,000 and another photographer from the same event already used his 10,000 and would have more uploads To do this, this “surplus” of the first photographer’s upload quantity cannot be passed on to the second photographer.
The photographer who participates in an event, and who is not the owner of the event, can check the upload limit through the event dashboard. If there is an upload limit for the event he is attending, a warning like the one below will be present on the event dashboard. event.
IMPORTANT: Upload limit is different from photo limit. An upload limit of 10,000 does not mean that each photographer will have 10,000 photos at the event. When there is an upload with a duplicate file name, the same file name already sent by the same photographer at the same event, the photo is replaced. It is necessary to pay attention to the name of the files so that the file can be replaced or not depending on the photographer's wishes.
