How do I set up my own domain?

To use your own domain with our service, follow the steps below to configure your domain's DNS.

Step 1: Access your domain provider's control panel
  1. Log in to your domain provider account (e.g. Registro.br, Locaweb, GoDaddy, HostGator, etc.).
  2. Navigate to the DNS management or DNS settings section.
Step 2: Create a Type A DNS entry
  1. Locate the option to add a new DNS entry.
  2. Select input type as A.
  3. In the Name or Host field, enter yourdomain.com.br.
  4. In the Value or IP Address field, enter 34.237.227.87.
  5. Save changes.
Step 3: Check Domain Configuration
  1. After configuring DNS, return to our platform.
  2. Click the “Verify Domain” button to validate the configuration.
  3. Wait for confirmation that the domain has been configured correctly.
Additional Tips:
  1. DNS Propagation: DNS propagation can take anywhere from a few hours to 48 hours. During this time, your domain may not function properly.
  2. Domain Provider Help: If you have trouble finding your DNS settings, consult your domain provider's help documentation or contact their support.
