How does payment for services work at Fotop Serviços?

This feature is only available in 🇧🇷 Brazil.

The value that appears on the work display is the full value that the photographer will receive for the service.

As soon as the client chooses which photographer will carry out the work, they already make payment on the platform.

The time for receipt varies depending on the payment method chosen by the customer:

  • Payments made via bank slip: the amount is released to the photographer within 2 business days;

  • Payments made via PIX: the amount is released to the photographer immediately;

  • Payments made via credit card: the amount is released to the photographer within 35 days.

After the period depending on the payment method, the money becomes available on your photographer panel and can also be viewed in the “Finance” menu.

When the amount is available, simply transfer it to your registered bank account.
