In which countries is the punishment system for missing events working?

Why do we apply the punishment system for missing photographers?
Fotop is a platform that aims to give photographers the opportunity to earn money photographing events. In many regions, the demand for places at events is quite high. Therefore, so that photographers do not hold onto vacancies that could belong to another photographer, we apply the punishment rule for absent photographers at events created by the Fotop Eventos and Marketplace Fotop profiles.
When is the punishment applied?
The punishment is applied if the photographer does not leave the event by the end of the day before the event, and does not upload photos within 24 hours after the event activation date and time, in events that are created by the Marketplace Fotop and Fotop Events.
What is the punishment applied?
Punishment is applied in two phases:
- On the first failure, the system blocks the option to join new events for 7 days. The events you are already inserted into and other panel functions remain unchanged.
- If the photographer commits a second fault within 180 days of his last fault, the system blocks the option of joining new events for 14 days. The events you are already inserted into and other panel functions remain unchanged.
- If there are more absences within a period of 180 days from the last absence, a lock on the entry of new events is applied again for 14 days.
What should I do to avoid being punished?
Leave the event by the end of the day before the event takes place. Example: if you are at an event that will take place on 02/17/2024, leave your place by 11:59 pm on 02/16/2024.
When does the punishment start?
The system automatically identifies the photographer who is at the event and did not upload it within 24 hours of the event's activation time. Example: if the event was activated at 8 pm on 17/02, you have until 8 pm on 18/02 to upload it. If the system does not identify the upload, your punishment will be activated.
Can I contest my punishment?
