How will customers get their photos?

When you create your event on the platform, you need to choose whether you will publish your event only on your photo store (your personalized website linked to Fotop) or whether you will also publish it on the official Fotop website (fotop.com).

Having made this decision, if you have decided to publish only on your website, access your website address ( click here to learn how to customize your website and create your address) and then, within your website, click on the "square" corresponding to event you want to publicize.

If you have chosen to publish on the Fotop website, access the Fotop website and then type the name of your event in the search, after finding your event, click on it and copy the link in the address bar of your browser to send to your customers.

Another important point is that you need to choose which search tool you will make available for your customers to find your photos.

The search methods we have available are:

  • Number: is the participant's bib/bike number (sporting events). We have an automatic identification system for this type of search, to find out more, click here);
  • Album: in this type of search you can segment your event into albums, with a smaller number of photos, making it easier for the customer to find the photo. You can create albums by periods (morning class, afternoon class, night class), by names (name of the person at the rehearsal), among others.
  • Facial recognition: the customer uploads a photo of their face and the system finds the person's photos.
Choose the search method best suited to your type of event, send your event link to customers and good sales!
