In cases of conflict regarding delivery, it is up to Fotop Serviços to make the decision on how the situation will unfold. We will always have a copy of the briefing and the photographer's delivery, if it is in accordance with the briefing, the amount will be released. Otherwise, if the customer accepts and has availability, a new date will be rescheduled for the service to be carried out again or the payment will be cancelled.
