What is Fotop SmartCard?
The Fotop SmartCard is a physical card that, when held close to a cell phone or having its QR Code scanned, redirects you to a programmable link, directly to the page where the photos are being sold, or to the photographer's photo store.
How do I purchase my Fotop SmartCard? The Fotop SmartCard can be purchased
by clicking here . As it is a physical product, it will be sent by post within 7 business days.
How do I activate my Fotop SmartCard?
Access your photographer dashboard, click on your profile picture avatar in the top right corner and then on the "Fotop SmartCard" menu. On this page, enter the number engraved on your card to validate it.
After validation, you can define the location where your card will be taken when it is scanned or approached. Choose between your photo store (your website address linked to Fotop) or a specific event, where the link will take you directly to the page of the event in question.
If you want to direct to your photo shop, just choose that option and save, and if you want to choose the option for a specific event, select that option, then add the event number in question and click save.
How do I use the Fotop SmartCard?
Using your card is very simple. It can be used via NFC by approximation or by reading the QR Code. In the case of reading the QR Code, the customer will need to open the cell phone camera. After approaching or scanning the QR Code, the address predefined by you will open in the customer's browser.
