To save photos from the Fotop app on your cell phone, you must have access to the device. To do this, follow the following steps:

If you have an IOS (Apple) cell phone:
  1. Go to "Settings";
  2. Then in "Privacy and Security";
  3. Then in "Photos";
  4. Find the "Fotop" application;
  5. Select the "Full Access" option
  6. Done, open the app and try again.
If you have an ANDROID cell phone:
  1. Go to "Settings";
  2. Then in "Privacy";
  3. Then click on "Manage Permissions";
  4. Then in "Storage";
  5. Then in "Privacy";
  6. Find the "Fotop" application;
  7. Select the "Allow" option
  8. Done, open the app and try again.
