This feature is only working in 🇧🇷 Brazil.

Fotop users can use the platform for online and in-person sales with their own payment methods.

This model is especially useful for operations at tourist sites, arenas, hotels, and also for graduation photo sellers who visit customers.

Step by step:

STEP 1: To be able to make sales using this payment method, it must be added to your profile. To do this, the partner must contact customer service to register this payment method in their profile.

STEP 2 : With your event ACTIVE, go to your photo store, add at the end of your event address: '' ?pgto=local ", as an example in the image below: https://wetnwild.fotop.com.br/ photos/?pgto=location

 

STEP 3: The customer selects the event and adds the photos to their cart, then clicks the ''close order'' button.



STEP 4 : After completing the order, you must fill in the requested data, such as email, full name and CPF. In the payment section, the only option will be ''payment on site'', this way you can finalize the purchase.

 

STEP 5 : After the customer completes the purchase, enter your Photo Store and click on the ''My Events'' button, select the event in which the sale took place at the location.

 

STEP 6 : With your event active, click on ''requests''

 

STEP 7 : Select the last order that is ''awaiting payment''.

 

Step 8 : In the ''awaiting payment'' option, select ''payment confirmed''

 

Step 9 : After payment confirmation, the amount related to an order import will be deducted from your credits. Only after completing this step will the customer have access to the photos of their order so they can view or download them.



Step 10 : The download link will be sent to the registered email, which is also available if you want to send it to the customer in the '' Download Link''' tab

Extra Graduation Option : If you want to use the system so that a salesperson can show the photos to potential customers at home, simply protect the event with a password that only the salesperson knows and only he will have access to the system to show the photos to the customer Final. but you will be protected from search and purchase by other people even if they have access to the site.
