Tracking your event sales

Description: step-by-step guide to access sales in the "Commerce" menu.

  • Dashboard access

In the top bar, click on the “COMMERCE” option and then access the “Full Statement” menu.

Filter the period to have access to the sales report for all events created;



*After filtering the sales period, you will have general access to the number of photos sold, the individual revenue for each event and the consolidated value of general earnings.


*Example of total value of events held.

By clicking individually on the events held, a panel will be available with information about the revenue for this event.

By clicking on the “Export CSV” side option, you will have access to consolidated sales data in a spreadsheet.

When you scroll down the page, you will have access to your event's sales revenue history through a bar graph that can be filtered by 30, 60 or 90 days (three months).



Below, you can access the earnings of each photographer who participated in your event in a ranking format and the number of photos sold by them.



By scrolling to the bottom, you will have access to the total number of orders placed by customers. It is possible to filter these orders by date, payment method and status, in addition to having access to the customer's name and the amount paid per order, as shown in the image below:
