How to Access and Understand Your Financial Reports

Description: Tutorial for accessing the panel's financial reports.

• On the home page of your panel, your detailed statement is available with information on the number of photos sold, monthly revenue, total balance related to sales and balance available for withdrawal.

Total balance : Totals the overall amount you have to receive.

Some amounts are released depending on the payment method chosen by the customer.

Purchases by bank slip : Available within 3 to 5 business days.

Purchases by credit card: According to the installment payment made by the customer (for purchases over $150.00), which can be released between 30, 60 or 90 days.

Purchases via PIX : Released within 2 hours after payment.

Available balance : Amount released for withdrawal.

• To check your financial report on your sales, access the “Financial” option, as shown below:
  

• By accessing the financial tab, a more detailed billing panel is visible and the available balance transfer option is available in addition to the possibility of balance advance.

Cashier : By clicking on the “Cashier” option, you can access your receipt and withdrawal transactions, as shown in the image below:
