Click on the ''COMMERCE'' menu
Then click on the “My Events” submenu.
Choose the event for which you want to change the price grid from the list.
And on the event dashboard, click on "Price Grid".
You can reuse old price grids, or create a new grid.
The list shows the grids already saved.
The eye icon allows you to view the chosen grid.
And the + icon will create a new grid.
You can choose to sell high-resolution and low-resolution photos, or only choose to sell high-resolution photos.
To save the grid, you must give it a name.
After creating your price grid, you can also create a discounted photo package.
Still on the event dashboard, click on ''Packages'':
As mentioned, these packages are discounts that you can offer to your clients, according to a minimum number of photos that will be stipulated by you. When the defined quantity of photos is included in the cart, the discount is automatically calculated.
We advise progressive discounts to encourage purchases.
Example:
The package with all the photos is offered on the customer search screen, according to the minimum quantity you stipulate. In other words, as in the example above, from 15 photos the customer can choose to buy the package with all the photos.
In this option you can choose to place a minimum price on each photo exceeding the minimum quantity you stipulated or not.
For example, a package with all photos defined with a minimum of 15 photos with no minimum price, regardless of the maximum number of photos the customer has in their search, they will buy all the photos for $200.00. A package with a minimum price per photo of $14.00 as in the image above, for each photo beyond the minimum of 15, this value will be increased. Therefore, a customer with 18 photos in the search will pay for the package with all photos R$242.00 and so on.
When finished with the settings, click SAVE.
