Tutorial - How to create an event/gallery in Fotop
Click on the COMMERCE menu.
Then click on the "Create Event" submenu.
This is the event creation page:
Fill in all fields:
- Event Name
- Date of the event
- Event Location (when filling out, wait for the map listing to appear and select the correct location from the list)
- Kind of event
- Number of Participants
- Types of search at the event
- Number (per athlete participation number)
- Time (time the athlete passed by the photographer, less recommended)
- Album (when uploading photos they can be subdivided into Albums, see how to create Albums here)
- Facial Recognition (the Athlete will upload a photo of their face (“Selfie”) to identify the photos, this method has additional costs which you can check here)
- No Search (the athlete will search for their images by checking photo by photo of the event, less recommended)
NOTE: Facial recognition needs to indicate how many simultaneous searches with facial recognition, the photographer provides how many people the client can see with facial recognition.
- We suggest that you use only 1 face.
