How can I sell my videos?
In which countries is this functionality available?
This feature is available in 🌍 all countries.
How it works for the partner photographer:
- What format should I upload the video to?
MP4 or MOV.
- What is the maximum upload file size?
5 GB.
- What is the maximum length per video clip?
60 seconds.
- Can videos have audio/sound?
They will be sent to the customer without audio, but they can be sent with audio and the system will automatically remove it.
- Does it accept any amount of FPS?
Yes, but the video delivered to the client will be converted to 30 FPS.
- Do you accept drone or cell phone video?
Yes, any MP4 or MOV file can be a drone, slow motion, captured with a cell phone, in short, any type. It is important to note that to use drones you need to have authorization to use this type of equipment (ANAC) and authorization from the event organization (if applicable). Always be very careful with people!
- Does the platform accept any video orientation?
Yes, it can be vertical or horizontal.
- Will the platform edit or process the video?
No, the video sent to the platform will be exactly the video delivered to the end customer, so it must be sent ready.
- Where should I upload the video in the photographer dashboard?
Within the event there will be a Video Upload button next to the Photo Upload button.
- What events can I submit videos for sale?
You will be able to upload videos to all events that have video sales enabled (currently only the road running, cycling and triathlon categories will not be able to have videos).
- How much will I earn from selling videos?
The same commission as for selling photos. For example, if you are receiving 75% commission on the value of the photos, you will also receive 75% of the value of the video. The minimum price allowed will be R$ 10.00.
- How should I identify people in the video?
The system will automatically recognize the faces of people in the video. You don't need to worry about this and there will be no additional cost for this. In the case of numerical search, the videos will need to be numbered individually.
- What type of event do you recommend making a video for?
We believe that different types of events will be excellent for exploring video sales, especially those in which the athlete is “alone” in the image, such as training sessions, Crossfit, tennis matches, beach tennis, fights and many others.
- Will the progressive discounts apply to the video?
No.
- Will the all photos package be valid for the video?
No.
How it works for the consumer:
- How will he find himself at the event?
The search will be the same as for facial recognition of photos, with videos being displayed first in order.
- Will he be able to watch the video before purchasing?
Yes, when you click on the video it will display with a watermark for viewing.
- How long will it take for the purchased video to be made available to the customer?
It will be available within minutes after payment confirmation.
- What format of video will he receive?
MP4
- What quality of video will he receive?
If the original video is in a quality above full HD, the quality of the video delivered will be in full HD. If the original is in a quality lower than full HD, it will be delivered in the same original quality.
