Do you need photographers for your event?
We have two ways for you to add photographers to your event. Opening vacancies so that photographers on the platform can participate, or inviting photographers directly.
If your event involves photo sales, you can set a commission for participating photographers. If the event is a free download gallery (PhotoGallery), simply set the commission to 0%.
To open vacancies for photographers, follow the steps below:
- After creating the event, select the "yes" option for the question "Do you need photographers for your event?";
- Then, define the number of vacancies you want to open;
- Finally, define the commission you want to pass on to photographers when selling photos.
Is important that you provide all the important information that photographers need to know in the event description.
If you don't want to leave vacancies open for the platform's photographers, there is also the option to directly invite the photographers you want to participate.
In this case, click on the "invite photographers" button in the event menu and enter the email address of the desired photographer. Remember that it is important that the photographer is registered on the platform to receive the invitation.
